`Scooter' Libby Jury to Announce a Verdict in CIA Leak Trial

Was this really the "CIA Leak Trial"? Libby wasn't on trial for leaking anything. It was for lying about something that may not have been a crime in the first place.Don't get me wrong, if he obstructed justice, and lied in front of a federal grand jury he should get into trouble and maybe go to prison.
I just have a problem with writers of headlines making this out to be something that it isn't.
Remember ... Bill Clinton obstructed justice and lied to a Federal Grand Jury about something that wasn't a crime either. ( All I'm pointing out is that this is a similar set of circumstances )
